Collins Hume launches law firm specialty to show lawyers planning best practice

2 MAY 2011: 20 local law practitioners attended a special presentation hosted exclusively for the legal profession by Collins Hume in Ballina.

Entitled 'Law Partner Firm of the Future', Collins Hume addressed the real need for law partners to thoroughly understand how to grow fees and earnings, improve staff performance and develop succession plans that maximise a return on capital for exiting partners at retirement. 

Guest speaker Grant Bloxham covered topics including innovative fee growth opportunities, valuation models, proven staff incentive schemes and succession strategies to lock in top performers and fund exiting partners’ future plans.
